In the spirit of personal growth, I have chosen to participate in a study being conducted by the Positive Psychology Center at the University of Pennsylvania on increasing well-being. The study is designed to test the effect that different activities can have on increasing well-being.

Participants are asked to identify an emotional state (s) for which to focus on, create a portfolio and select items to they wish to include and finally, where the portfolio will be stored throughout the duration of the study. I have outlined below the parameters I set for the study.
